Illuminated Pursuit Race with Fireworks and Lantern Stroll

On November 7, 2026, SC Neubrandenburg invites you to the sixth Lichterpaddeln on the Oberbach. In this special evening on the water, teams compete against each other in a illuminated pursuit race. The boats and the course are set in scene by lights, giving the sporting competition a unique atmosphere.

The Lichterpaddeln combines movement, excitement, and atmospheric entertainment. The focus is on the pursuit race, where the participating teams paddle on the Oberbach for sporting success. Spectators can follow the events at the water and experience the unique atmosphere of the illuminated racing evening.

Supporting Program at Oberbach

Even away from the race, a varied program is provided. The supporting program includes, among other things, a fireworks display, a warming bonfire, and mulled wine. A lantern stroll complements the evening and picks up on the luminous theme of the event.

This sixth GLOBUS Lichterpaddeln offers a combination of outdoor sports and autumn evening atmosphere. The illuminated water, the sporting dynamics of the pursuit race, and the program points along the shore make this event a special highlight in the event calendar of Neubrandenburg.
